Key Responsibilities

• Developing new features and redesigning existing functions
• Direct communication with customers when needed to discuss and clarify design solutions
• Participating in code reviews and writing code tests
• Developing your own knowledge through training, skills upgrading, and working with a mentor

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of practical experience in software development with Ruby, and Ruby on Rails
• Understanding of main OOP principles and how to use them on practice
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and one of the frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular or Vue.js
• Understanding of main software development principles and methodologies (like scrum, agile, etc.)
• A B1 level of English or higher
• A desire to improve their skills and keep abreast of the latest technological advances in Ruby development
