Responsibilities:

  • Independent acquisition of new customers, identifying the right leads, creating urgency, and closing deals
  • Expanding and developing the existing customer portfolio in the DACH region and ensuring further growth in your portfolio
  • Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, video meetings, or personal visits, acting as the primary contact between our product development and the customers
  • Continuously exchanging information with your colleagues about market demands, customer wishes, and new product solutions. Additionally, you will optimize our software by sharing insights from direct customer communication with all teams
