Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Problem structuring, strategic problem-solving and excellent analytical skills.
  • Familiar with data models, understanding of ETLs and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) and advance Excel Skills.
  • High affinity towards data and technology with ability to dive deep and analyse opportunities and processes.
  • Power BI is a plus.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail and ability to question data.
  • Strong business sense, understanding the business impact of KPIs.
  • Organised, flexible and customer-oriented person who can work towards deadlines in an often highly pressured environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with multitude of people within the business.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Performance Team is a strategic department that reports directly to the Sales Director of the Company and works closely with management to support decision making and drive the company to achieve their commercial goals.
The Sales Performance Analyst is a challenging position. Compared to other multinational companies, we maintain a start-up spirit, allowing Analysts to manage end-to-end projects from ideation/definition to implementation and impact in the business. Our team interacts with several key departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR…), allowing to gain a strategic view of the company and strengthen its business model.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Field sales Analysis:

  • Analyse sales field team activity and results.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and potential support to be delivered.
  • Generate reports and value-adding insights on salesmen performance to support management decisions.
  • Key point of contact in responding to commission-related queries after month results.

Data analytics and Datawarehouse maintenance:

  • Maintain and develop Sales Performance cube (SSIS).
  • Ensure data consistency and reliability across our different information systems.
