ABOUT THE JOB JUNIOR SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we leverage the full potential of the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform to enhance operational efficiency and meet the diverse needs of our business and users. We are looking for a talented individual with exceptional technical aptitude and communication skills to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, understanding their requirements and implementing tailored solutions within SFDC. This role involves providing first and second-level support, as well as actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong expertise in user setup, profile management, role hierarchy, and security settings
- Demonstrated experience in configuring workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce administration best practices
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing change effectively and collaborating with global stakeholders
- Excellent documentation skills with a keen attention to detail, including thorough testing and analysis of system changes
- Fluent in spoken and written English
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
- Experience with CPQ and/or Gainsight considered advantageous, though not required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the Salesforce system
- Collaborate with various sales teams to deliver insightful performance reporting and address critical data needs
- Work closely with team members to gather requirements, define processes, and document workflows within Salesforce
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes and configurations
- Execute ad hoc Salesforce administration projects with a focus on ensuring the seamless continuity of sales and marketing operations
- Perform standard Salesforce administration tasks including lead management, user maintenance, workflow management, and reporting/dashboard generation
