We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Engineer (all genderes) to join our QCommerce Team. Join us to build an in-house Salesforce ecosystem within Delivery Hero and our global entities. Our task is to understand the strategic business needs and to translate these into our Salesforce platform. So, we can create a dynamic but stable global architecture that is adaptable to local needs. As a team, our responsibility is to create seamless onboarding experiences for shop vendors across various entities. Our top priority right now is to enhance the experience of our users. By doing so, we aim to ensure that they have all the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Qualifications

Your mission:

• Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules.
• Troubleshoot issues and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
• Striving towards coding best practices and data quality.
• Contributing to technical documentation.

Your heroic skills:

• At least 1-2 years’ work experience in Salesforce development projects.
• Good knowledge about Object oriented programming, Data Structure, RDBMS.
• Practical knowledge of Java or other OOPS helpful.
• Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework Knowledge, Live Agent, Omnichannel.
• Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
• You are familiar with SFDX, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer II).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or relevant subject.
