The Employer is the regional HQ of a large Asian business house with global presence in several industry sectors. For its office in Singapore, the company is looking for an experienced secretarial and office management professional to join as:

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Secretarial support to the regional CEO
- Travel Management (ticketing, hotel reservations, visa formalities etc)
- Calendar/Diary Management and Logistics Coordination
- Maintaining travel records and expenses
- Reception of senior visitors in the office
- General office upkeep and administration
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- About 4-6 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate office, large MNCs, hospitality, airlines or similar sectors.
- Diploma/degree from a reputed institution
- Excellent skills in Secretarial Support and Office Administration
- Very strong follow-up skills
- Good written and oral English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills - MS Office, Email,
- Ability to work in multi-ethnic teams. Independent. Meticulous. Resourceful.
- Good work ethics. Pleasant personality. Good conversation skills.
