Responsibilities:
As our new Junior/Senior Environmental/Social Consultant (m/f/d) you will contribute to Ramboll’s success by working collaboratively with your colleagues and building trust-based working relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. As a Consultant (m/fd) you will perform project delivery activities such as report writing, data collection and survey field work, data and literature review, and development of recommendations for clients. You will be responsible for managing projects of different size and complexity including budget control, client liaison and managing a team of technical specialists to deliver our assignments. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple technical areas and geographies to ensure that the project team has an appropriate mix of skill levels and disciplines to deliver high quality of work that meets our clients’ expectations. Depending on your entry level, you will also provide support to the junior Consultants working on your projects, to mentor them, and help them develop their technical knowledge and project delivery skills.
Your main tasks will be the following:
- Undertake Independent Environmental and Social Due Diligence and Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) in accordance with International Standards
- Project Management
- Support in the preparation of proposals (content and commercial) as well as support of the entire acquisition process
- Providing advice and project support through effective communication with clients (banks, developers, contractors, international lenders and/or corporate clients)
- Contribute to creating a safe working environment for staff, sub-contractors and clients.
