REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing past projects.
• No experience is also welcomed; training will be provided.
• Advantages in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving client preferences and project requirements.
• Fluent in Mandarin is advantages and Chinese Writing as we are most Chinese interior design style base and concept. Be able to clearly communicate with carpenters in Chinese about the manufacturing process.

• Engage in comprehensive consultations with clients to discern and fulfill their desires, ensuring the creation of their envisioned dream home.
• Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess space, gather client input, and take measurements.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and decor items within budgetary constraints.
• Present design proposals to clients and solicit feedback for refinement.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans, collaborating with contractors and vendors.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in interior design.
• Commissions will be given if the project successfully signed and completed.
