Responsibilities:
- Assist with roadmap planning for M365 Applications (focus on Exchange)
- Help coordinate rollout and adoption of M365 Features (focus on Exchange)
- Monitor and report on the overall health service
- Stay up to date with the latest M365 developments and updates, assessing their relevance to our business needs
- Support Modern Workplace Team in various Service Owner activities and drive pro-actively improvement initiatives/ projects
- Project management of small/medium IT projects
- Contribute to training materials, knowledge-based articles to facilitate the adoption of M365 Services
