MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Providing strong, visible leadership and manage the Renal Day Unit in the absence of the ward Manager, incorporating the Trust values into all aspects of their role. Enabling staff to ensure that the fundamentals of care are correctly and actively in place and that highest standards of holistic care are achieved in the delivery of Patient treatment. The expectations of this role will be met by professional leadership, skilled and expert practice, sound management, direct clinical care and education and training
