Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for designing and programming a small module and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area. She/he will work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. She/he will Lead design discussion in a limited manner.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Work experience as a software development engineer
- Work experience in Healthcare imaging and AI, with strong product deliveries in clinical software
- Experience in software design and web application design
- Remove obstacles and make improvements
- Understanding of the back-end logics of loading and rendering images and in the front-end, handling and creating features HTML5/Javascript
- UX knowledge recommended
- Multi-tasking in project coordination
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Problem solving and getting better at improving development.
- Able to recruit and develop talents
DIPLOMAS AND EDUCATION
Engineering degree in computer science or Master in computer science with advanced experience of at least 5-7 years in the field of software development and coaching teams
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have to:
- Coach and manage a team
- Conceive and program software modules and components for a Large Scale Agile organisation
- Develop features or whole EPICS and seize full responsibility of it
- Have the ability to develop functionalities in their verticality, from the back-end to the front-end
- See the whole and build the capability of the organization to build great product
- Manage and develops tech skill
- Ability to organize work and team work
- Demonstrate expertise in software development lifecycle.
- Be eager to develop team members
- Provide expertise in quality engineering, test planning and test methodology for efficient coaching
- Use experience to influence others
- Apply methodologies such as Lean / Agile / XP, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring and testing techniques.
- Commit to relentlessly train and coach of people
- Develop competences from observation (Go See), training and coaching
