JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for designing and programming a small module and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area. She/he will work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. She/he will Lead design discussion in a limited manner.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Work experience as a software development engineer
  • Work experience in Healthcare imaging and AI, with strong product deliveries in clinical software
  • Experience in software design and web application design
  • Remove obstacles and make improvements
  • Understanding of the back-end logics of loading and rendering images and in the front-end, handling and creating features HTML5/Javascript
  • UX knowledge recommended
  • Multi-tasking in project coordination
  • Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Problem solving and getting better at improving development.
  • Able to recruit and develop talents

DIPLOMAS AND EDUCATION

Engineering degree in computer science or Master in computer science with advanced experience of at least 5-7 years in the field of software development and coaching teams

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have to:

  • Coach and manage a team
  • Conceive and program software modules and components for a Large Scale Agile organisation
  • Develop features or whole EPICS and seize full responsibility of it
  • Have the ability to develop functionalities in their verticality, from the back-end to the front-end
  • See the whole and build the capability of the organization to build great product
  • Manage and develops tech skill
  • Ability to organize work and team work
  • Demonstrate expertise in software development lifecycle.
  • Be eager to develop team members
  • Provide expertise in quality engineering, test planning and test methodology for efficient coaching
  • Use experience to influence others
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean / Agile / XP, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring and testing techniques.
  • Commit to relentlessly train and coach of people
  • Develop competences from observation (Go See), training and coaching
