THE ROLE: FULL TIME JUNIOR SOUS / SENIOR CDP

This exclusive catering contract is for a prestigious Business Class and First Class operation, based at Melbourne International Airport and production kitchen at Sunshine north. Service style varies from buffet to full a la carte table service, based on international cuisine with strong Asian influence.

THE ROLE:

  • Delivering high quality food and service for the site whilst following and enforcing food safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • All food preparation and service whilst adhering to food presentation standards by TWG and Singapore airlines. A good, working knowledge of different Asian cuisine.
  • Supervises and co-ordinates kitchen when Head chef not onsite
  • Stock Management – ordering & replenishing stock
