Communicate and connect with our trainers, learners and learning consultants from all over the world as a Jr. Support Associate. Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and act as a first line of customer support that provides top-notch service for our users, and ensures a seamless experience for both trainer and learner during their lesson.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer the learner, and trainers worldwide the best experience possible by providing support and being efficient in giving the solutions to concern or issues that arise on our learning portal.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve requests and issues via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Monitor lessons and internal tools 24/7.
  • Be an expert and ensure a smooth communication with our internal clients.
  • Support our learning consultants abroad during their offline hours or in case of emergency.
