(Junior) System Administrator (w/m/d) Cloud / Virtualization

We are looking for people who are as passionate about the administration and further development of our VMware-based clouds as we are and for whom thinking outside the box is not just an empty phrase.
We operate a public cloud platform based on VMware vSphere, vCloud Director and NSX, as well as a larger number of private clouds for our customers based on VMware vSphere.

IT IS DESIRABLE THAT YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Hands-on experience in the design and administration of VMware platforms
• Experience with backup technologies and basic network knowledge
• Highly available storage systems
• Willingness to perform on-call services (paid separately)
• Automation with Ansible, Terraform, Git and shell scripting
  If you have a good understanding of German but lack confidence in speaking it, don’t worry - we can assist you in enhancing your language proficiency and building your confidence

• Development and administration of highly available system landscapes and virtualization platforms of various sizes
• Maintaining the server and storage (NetApp) & backup systems (VEEAM) as well as the infrastructure components
• Customer care
• Active participation in the automation and monitoring of the system landscapes
