MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the listed information systems is a plus.
- Certification in relevant systems and technologies is desirable.
- Power BI implementation and exposure.
- Development experience in a backend and/or frontend environment.
Responsibilities:
System Support:
- Provide first level support for the following information systems: Dipar Datagear,Peopleflow, Hubdoc, Payspace, Syft, Power BI, Mesh, Xero, Approval Max, Sign now,Netcash, Picsa, and Microsoft 365, Jotform
- Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of each system to assist end users effectively.
Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for employees to ensure theyhave a solid understanding of the systems they use.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance system proficiency.
System Maintenance:
- Regularly update and maintain the information systems, ensuring they are up to dateand secure.
- Collaborate with IT and system administrators to implement patches, updates, andfixes.
Liaison with Service Providers:

User Access Management:

Reporting and Analysis:
