We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Systems Engineer/Analyst with an active Secret clearance to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge and experience in Aegis analysis.
- T&E Engineer with knowledge of Combat Systems.
- Test and Evaluation and analysis experience.
- Understanding/Knowledge of Trouble Observation Reports (TOR), Computer Program Change Request (CPCR), and analysis tools pertaining to evaluation and assessment.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- United States citizen with an active Secret clearance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time, working at a desk or computer terminal.
- Capable of occasional travel to various locations as required for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing tactical data, conducting root cause analysis, and assessing weapon specification requirements.
- Evaluating data, Computer Program Change Requests (CPCRs), and Trouble Observation Reports (TORs).
- Assessing program functionality and associated AWS and non-AWS interfaces.
- Demonstrating proficiency in databases, queries, and SQL language.
- Developing and writing analysis reports, criteria, and procedures.
- Willingness to learn new Test and Evaluation (T&E) methods and analysis tools.
- Supporting element and system-level testing at land-based sites and ships.
- Working independently with minimal oversight.
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Attending various review and status meetings.
- Supporting software testing events (land-based and shipboard).
- Traveling within the continental United States and to ports located outside of CONUS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Following standard business work hours (7:30 AM - 5 PM), with the exception of travel-related tasks.
