At this role you will have possibility to work remotely or hybrid from the office in Katowice.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or University degree) in accounting, finance or tax with interest to learn and develop continually;
  • Good understanding of accounting and legal environment is necessary;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication is required. Knowledge of German or French would be an advantage;
  • Good IT skills and excellent command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are necessary;
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in Luxembourg direct tax compliance;
  • You are analytical, eager to learn and motivated by challenge;
  • Flexible and open minded in work approach and display a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently as team member.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of Luxembourg corporate tax returns, calculation of tax provisions and review of tax assessment;
  • Maintenance of diverse tax records and the follow up on filing deadlines related to Luxembourg taxation for clients ‘companies;
  • Ensure the preparation of the work on time with the required level of quality;
  • Preparation and participation to internal and/or external trainings;
  • Assist the client servicing units/teams with Direct Tax matters in their everyday work;
  • Support Tax Manager in all the actual and new specific Direct Tax Compliance initiatives.
