JUNIOR TECHNICAL MARKETER

As a Junior Technical Marketer you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients’ digital marketing via various platforms. You will work directly with scale up- and enterprise clients, in cross functional teams with competences including creative marketing, programming, automation and data analysis. In most cases, one of our growth hackers is leading the clients’ growth teams, working as the driving force behind the iterative process and will steer the team towards its set goals. Your task is to execute campaigns and growth marketing experiments at a high level and pace to ensure that we meet those goals. Sometimes, when working with clients with big marketing spend, you will be their point of contact and act like the senior matter expert in terms of Growth Marketing.
We are looking for a person with an ability to dig deep into the marketing tech landscape and have the ability to switch gears between setting growth goals, executing, and building strong partnerships with clients. In order to perform effectively in this position we think you will need to set high performance standards for yourself and persist in your achievements even when facing uncertainty and complexity. You will interact with C-level professionals so we would like you to be very confident and proficient in presenting information orally and in writing. QUALIFICATIONS

Degree within the discipline of technology, marketing or business.
2 years of proven experience on running multiple channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, programmatic media buying, etc.
Understanding of attribution and LTV models and capability to implement them into marketing activities.
Advanced analytical skills including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and conversion rate optimization; as well as comfort with large data sets.
Knowledge of using Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager for result tracking and/or troubleshooting
Knowledge of SQL and Javascript is a plus

Responsibilities:

Setting up and optimize digital marketing channels in order to drive growth for clients
Daily campaign operations include but not limited to Facebook ads, Google Search ads, Shopping ads, Display, GMP, Snapchat & Tiktok.
Analyze clients’ data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to growth hackers or to external teams.
Develop Growth Hackers’ processes and client offerings, especially in terms of digital marketing.
