Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Best in Class Medical execution for new product launches, including accompanying suite of imagery and engaging and professional product information. Working closely with supplier on 5* NPD launches, launching early online when there is NPD before Range Reviews
Ensure products live within the correct hierarchy (on brand PLP, Dermo Category and beneath relevant categories on all areas of the site) and are easily findable through site navigation/search.
Ongoing review and maintenance of products, ensuring up-to-date product descriptions, rating and reviews and content to drive website conversion, AOV, Baset size and shopper routines.
Own and execute the promotional set up (website) throughout the year.
Ensure any/all creative elements are set up diligently, utilising correct asset(s) and link(s).
Collaborate seamlessly within the eCommerce function; with design, UX and digital marketing colleagues.
Establish & maintain key stakeholder relationships with, but not limited to; Customer Services, Commercial, Supply Chain and relevant upplier team.
Driving overall Dermatological skincare category visibility & performance online.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade – weekly sales reporting to L’Oréal and attendance of SD trade meeting, making recommendations against data to drive areas.
Online event planning – ownership of L’Oréal events including thinking of new ideas, proposing to commercial team and L’Oréal, briefing design team, collating assets, stock management, regular sales updates, post event analysis.
Promotional planning – Working alongside TM to offer recommendation of online promotional plan i.e. flash sales, bundles, mystery bags, GWPs etc. (with approval from LDB manager)
Post-event analysis sent to L’Oréal each event to include trade/ecom recommendations. Includes conversion data, impressions, click through and other metrics.
Quarterly skincare reviews presented to commercial team and making clear recommendations on how to drive growth.
Sharing learnings with the wider ecom team regarding past/current activations.
Ownership of L’Oréal Online in-line with Superdrug.com strategy alongside TM.
Assisting with stock management of key SKUs, NPD and GWPs/PWPs and review online allocations with supplier contact.
Implementing aspirational tools online such as Skincare routine finder and providing analysis on performance.
Briefing aspirational content for the brands such as blog articles & content pages, with medicality and the dermatological consumer as focus.
Working with the Digital Marketing team to drive & develop the L’Oréal brands within, paid social, PPC & affiliates.
Ensuring strategic visibility across homepage, category page, new in page and help penetrate into trending page, during key LDB marketing periods. Land CRM and social marketing placements alongside these.
Being pro-active with strategic ideas on how we ‘level up’ the PDPs, PLPs and the dermatological skincare page.
Catch up quarterly with the brand interns who run the majority of the asset creation for PDPs and marketing & work closely to build assets that have the Superdrug customer at front of mind & are suitable for Superdrug channels.
Drive routine online by ensuring there are popular bundles live & suggest bundles for top performing SKUs based on sales analysis.
