DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring legislation and case law relating to non-life insurance products;
• Monitoring market trends in terms of insurance products and conditions for the products and/or projects assigned to you;
• Analyze our customer’s insurance portfolio with a view to adapting conditions and rates to changing risks and profitability;
• Formulate proposals to improve their products and the associated customer experience, always taking into account the needs of our customer’s target group and in consultation with other teams;
• Make any necessary adjustments to products and their terms and conditions, and manage general and special terms and conditions, as well as product underwriting documents;
• Provide legal advice and information, and organize training, through oral presentations and written materials.
