Responsibilities:

Right now, we have an exciting entry level opportunity for a Kai Manaaki- Support Worker to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team on a permanent 0.5 FTE working 20 hours per week. This role will be based in the mid to far north region.
In this role you will work closely with the Cardiology Clinical Nurse Specialist team to help enable access and equity for people of Te Tai Tokerau. The Cardiac Rehab team provides community based cardiac education with the aim to be healthy and well at home. This team works closely with the wider Cardiology team, so you will be part of a growing team within Te Tai Tokerau.
This is a permanent 0.5 FTE role working 20 hours per week.
