• Experience with IoT systems
• Knowledge in programming languages like Javascript/Node.js and/or Python
• Experience in working as a Scrum Master

• Actively participating in the coding of a new application
• Supporting the Product Owner in the sprint planning and execution, providing technical guidance, and writing user stories
• Participating in gathering technical requirements
• Proactively taking a leading role in application troubleshooting and solving support tickets
• Taking the lead in the technical management of applications (ensuring compliance with the application development process, managing application production releases, etc.)
• Promoting and communicating the new technologies and best practises inside and outside of the team
• Participating in the design and architecture reviews
• Coaching and mentoring others
  In order to succeed as our next Lead SW Developer, you should have a strong understanding of the different areas of software ranging from frontend to backend services and infrastructure. You are also able to communicate effectively when analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues together with other developers and stakeholders. Good collaboration and problem-solving skills as well as a “can-do” attitude are therefore essential in this position.
