Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of the performance of the team in charge.
  • Develop, solidify and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts (Develop Business Plan for these clients)
  • Responsible for the reports on sales results.
  • Cooperate with the Market Access, Marketing, Finance & Supply departments
  • Work in cooperation with the Commercial Head; BU’s & Finance in the preparation and review of the annual budget.
  • Analyze regional market trends and look for growth / new business opportunities
  • Analyze the current client portfolio and define if it is the most appropriate or if there are areas for improvement.
  • Establish together with the Franchise team, the best commercial strategy for launch products.
  • GTN and GM improvements
  • Communicate and guarantee Compliance and Internal Control standards established by Sanofi

About you

  • Experience: Experience in positions with similar responsibilities
  • Soft and technical skills: The position requires the following skills> Act for Change, Results Orientation; Transversal Cooperation; Commitment to the Client, Strategic Thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management skills - Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Education: Graduated Professional in Administration, Marketing or related.
  • Languages: English Advanced
