Description:

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Strive to ensure that each Key Account Guest at Sheridan Nurseries receives a level of service that is more than what they expected.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager with order & inventory management, Guest profile maintenance in both the ERP and CRM systems, informing Guests on shipping schedules, and order details.
  • Support the Wholesale Sales team and assist with other tasks as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Must have completed high school and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Strong customer service skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Friendly and outgoing attitude.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Previous data entry experience with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Plant knowledge and/or Green Goods Industry experience is an asset.
  • You are punctual and dependable, and highly value honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
