In order to strengthen our commercial organisation and to support our Key Account Team, we are looking for a driven and dynamic candidate to coordinate our Key Account portfolio.
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this position will be based in our office in Zeebrugge (Belgium) or Kaarst (Germany).

Responsibilities:

Within this challenging position, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Assist in safeguarding Key Account’s interests and help aligning with the various internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare analysis of Key Account KPI (monitoring).
  • Prepare and join review meetings.
  • Serve as contact point for the Key Account and help resolving day-to-day issues (outstandings, claims, operational issues).
  • Onboard Key Account’s new sites/factories/entities and integrate them internally.
  • Maintain relationships with Key Accounts.
  • Report to the Key Account Manager.
  • Carry out any other tasks within your skill and capability on an as and when required basis.
