Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Key Account Executive with a strong business mindset to join our B2B Sales team and drive our business growth in the Finnish market through new business development and prospecting. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional looking to elevate their career. You’ll have the freedom to independently build a strong sales pipeline, thrive in an inside sales environment, schedule your own meetings, and make a notable impact by selling to SME and medium-large level businesses
As a Key Account Executive, you’ll be pivotal in acquiring new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will focus on selling to medium-large companies, building strong relationships with new business clients, identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and always finding ways to ensure customer success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively prospect, identify, and engage new business opportunities within the Finnish market.

  • Build strong rapport and establish credibility with potential clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
  • Book and conduct meetings, both over the phone and in-person, to advance sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the sales process and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in the CRM system.
