Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target potential customers in the Mexican market to create new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and propose solutions.
- Prepare insightful reports and sales forecasts, highlighting achievements and opportunities.
- Definition of the Commercial Calendars (offline and online)Optimization of the Online Product Catalog, analysis of sales potential, negotiation of products and/or exclusive online promotions, periodic review of inventories, margin and contribution.
- Experience required:
- Based in Nuevo León (Monterrey or San Pedro Garza Garcia)
- 2-5 years of experience in business development/account executive role in Modern Channel
- Important to have managed customer’s offline and online business
