Description:

KEY ACCOUNT LEAD

  • Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities
  • Assist in the day to day activities for the Key Account Management Team
  • Brand new offices at M-City Clayton; onsite parking & hybrid model

Responsibilities:

  • Chair and manage meetings and create/maintain the required documentation.
  • Implement and execute the Account Management Framework
  • Review tender and contract documents and identify and understand bid requirements and conditions.
  • Coordinate resources and stakeholders through the contract lifecycle to deliver key outcomes required by the customer and/or SHL
  • Facilitate the design, development and execution of solutions for customers as required
  • Identification of potential opportunities for innovation and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of SHL
  • Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio, in a methodical and structured basis
