Job Title: Key Account Management (KAM) Director
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Management Director to lead our strategic account management approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the KAM Team in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of our business objective, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all areas of the business.

- Proven track record of success in Key Account Management leadership roles.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision makers at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high performing teams.
- Solid understanding of contract negotiation principles and experience managing complex, long term client relationships.
- Results oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth and profitability from key clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations. Serve as a point of contact for KAM related projects and enquiries.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of KAM Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and strategic team goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor key account performance metrics and provide regular updates to the senior team. Forecast revenue projections and track progress towards targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and operational delivery teams to ensure alignment of KAM strategies with overall business objectives. Advocate for client needs and priorities within the organisation.
- Client Satisfaction & Retention: Proactively address client concerns and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop strategies with the operational team to mitigate churn and enhance client loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and market developments that may impact key accounts. Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
