THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on sales, trade or marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Demonstrable experience in Sales including FMCG with a minimum of minimum 3 years
- Experienced in project management, market data analysis and deriving action steps from it
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Solution-oriented with focus on outcome and comfortable working on a lean organization
- Good team player with a positive outlook on work and Can-Do attitude, capable of building strong working relationships within a very diverse and multicultural cross-functional team
- Entrepreneurial, fast learning agility and result orientation while maintaining sustainable growth
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Excellent Communicator in German and English (business fluent)
