Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new pharmaceutical and medtech customers for digital patient monitoring on our ImpactMonitor platform in Austria and Switzerland
- Expansion of existing customer relationships to use the ImpactMonitor platform in other product and therapy areas
- Supporting existing customers in the onboarding and use of the ImpactMonitor platform
- Actively building your pharma network by attending conferences and meetings
- Maintenance of the CRM system for clean filing and documentation of customer relationships
- Communicating customer needs to internal product and technology development and reporting back to clients
