Description:
- Sell Ben Line Agencies’ Marine Agency services to their assigned existing and targeted clients within the Wet Gas sector.
- Assist to identify new principals, commodity sectors within the Wet Gas industry with a view to having the company appointed as agents in Asia Pacific and North America regions.
- The management and oversight of the Wet Gas sector through implementation of clear business plans within each country focusing on this sector and with key objectives set. These include but are not limited to:
a) Determining key commodity targeting
b) Assess and critique individual country capabilities to meet these targets.
c) Forming and overseeing country target pipeline and their progress.
- Targeting the Japan market within the wet-gas sector.
- Implementing a group global target pipeline of key oil and gas clients amongst key Japanese trading houses and refiners. This will involve working in collaboration with Overseas Marketing Consultants and key commercial staff within the company network to secure their business.
- Review and management of agency contracts where applicable.
- Managing global and regional tenders where applicable.
- Responsible for and Implementing (where applicable) a sustainable and competitive pricing structure covering the Wet Gas sectors across the group.
- Assisting, logging and identification of any operational concerns and escalating these to Quality and Support Department.
- Reporting other high level commercial and operational concerns to Quality and Support department or Group General Manager where applicable.
- Establishing and building strong relationships with maximized focus (through face-to-face meetings, phone calls) with assigned companies (as mentioned above) operating for the best interests of the group.
- Ensure that visit reports are written summarizing what was discussed at each meeting. All reports to be distributed to relevant staff and added to the CRM.
- Ensuring key follow up actions are implemented effectively and within their given timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ Management system requirements and Anti-Bribery and Trade Sanctions policies.
- Attending key industry events
- Overseas travel will be necessary to develop relationships with affiliates, branches, and head-offices.
