  • Proven sales and/or marketing experience in pharma, medical devices etc.
  • Proven Patient Centricity in keeping the patient at the forefront of every interaction
  • Cardiovascular expertise - welcomed
  • Good strategic and analytical skills (strategic account management)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with different commercial and digital channels
  • Open attitude and using innovative ways to support business growth (e.g. virtual interactions, usage of all digital channels)
  • Ready to move outside of the comfort zone by proactively seeking coaching and feedback from others
  • Good knowledge in market ethical rules
  • Proficiency in French and ultimately German, good level of English

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

Drive the account strategy for cardiovascular (heart failure) in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
Understand the accounts needs and develop the strategy and tactics to improve healthcare delivery and accelerate patient access.
Develop and the implement the key accounts plans with and for the key customers of the region together with a cross-functional team and integrating input from your colleagues in the region, Marketing, Medical and Sales Force Leadership.
Be responsible for commercial customer related activities in your region including promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education and regional stakeholder relationship management.
