JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Key Account Manager (all genders) you are responsible for achieving profitable sales growth at customers for the Mars business in Switzerland. This role is expected to maintain strong relationships, and best execute customer plans that deliver objectives of revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Net Sales Value / Earnings growth vs target through maximizing all available levers and resources.
  • Negotiate (Bi-) Annual Agreements and deliver Net Pricing mandate through negotiations with customers.
  • Deliver NSV/t target and achieve Perfect Store targets with specific focus on Weighted Distribution (WD).
  • Resource Management (budget, Trade Expenditures).
  • Forecasting and Planning (annual growth plan, periodical customer NSV).
  • Business review (periodical review of customer performance and Field Business Review for direct customers).
