REQUIREMENTS

  • Have proven experience managing key accounts
  • Have proven sales experience
  • Mining/quarry/conveyor industry experience highly regarded
  • Strong business acumen
  • Mechanical aptitude, highly regarded
  • Experienced in delivering client focused solutions to customers’ needs
  • Exceptional customer relationship and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to relate and listen effectively
  • High level of time management and organisational skills
  • Positive, proactive, professional attitude
  • High level of computer skills
  • Current driver’s licence

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, this role is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers

This is an autonomous position and plays a key role in the long-term success of the business.

  • Expand business for revenue growth and improve our market position
  • Provide support for our clients, to maintain and improve the clients spend
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Be the main point of contact for select key customer’s
  • Implement and execute strong collaborative business plans with key customers
  • Ensuring the scope of work is being performed according to the service level agreement requirements
  • Negotiating sales contracts and preparing customer quotations to maximise all sales opportunities
  • Liaise with Area Managers for the site requirements and performance
