THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Business studies (also at a university of cooperative education) with a focus on sales/trade or comparable training
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience (of which at least 2 years in sales)
  • Experience in key account management, category management, trade marketing, field sales or marketing
  • Preferred industry experience in FMCG or retail (LEH)
  • Experience in customer acquisition

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will nurture pivotal relationships with medium and small accounts, steering their growth with your strategic insight. Your contribution will not only support our clients’ success but also drive Reckitt’s goals. We are looking for a champion of customer satisfaction who will lead from the front, ensuring that our e-commerce strategies resonate with partners and reflect our commitment to excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and strategic expansion of new sales channels via Ecommerce channels like Egrocery and Pureplay
  • Build & maintain external relationship and collaboration
  • Implementation of go-to-market strategies to leverage the sales potential from the above-mentioned growth channels
  • Driving the P&L for the respective customers as per plan
  • Responsible to input regular forecast & manage the supply complexities with the logistics team
  • Responsible for the budget management in terms of planning as well as monitoring/adherence to annual plans
  • Explore avenues to further expand the business scope by scouting for further emerging opportunity areas or increasing the penetration within the scope of customers
  • Focus on driving the digital shelf (4Ps) & active engagement with the customers to drive the ecommerce growth formula to further reach, maximize on conversions & basket size (Performance Marketing)
  • Assess the in-platform media assets/opportunities to invest to drive traffic & revenue with a clear focus on return on invest
  • Development & implementation of activation measures in cooperation with Trade Marketing, Marketing as well as Sales
  • Continuous development and expansion of knowledge about customer requirements and strategies & share market developments/insights to the appropriate people
  • Initiation, follow-up, evaluation and improvement of action measures
  • Preparation and execution of annual reviews
