Responsibilities:

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, with a particular focus on marketplace platforms, contributing to our brand’s growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to drive the sales performance of both Philips.com and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the e-commerce website and marketplace platforms, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve online sales and user experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve any online shopping issues promptly.
  • Enhance the overall online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Preferably 5 years in managing online marketplaces for brands, or experiences in account management in platforms
  • Proficient understanding of marketplace platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify key growth opportunities.
  • A collaborative team player capable of delivering under pressure.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (to communicate with mandarin-speaking counterparts)
  • Strong communication skills coupled with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • One who is adaptable, creative and has entrepreneurial mindset
