Responsibilities:
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, with a particular focus on marketplace platforms, contributing to our brand’s growth.
- Analyze market trends and competition to drive the sales performance of both Philips.com and e-commerce platforms.
- Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the e-commerce website and marketplace platforms, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with demand planning and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve online sales and user experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any online shopping issues promptly.
- Enhance the overall online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Preferably 5 years in managing online marketplaces for brands, or experiences in account management in platforms
- Proficient understanding of marketplace platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and identify key growth opportunities.
- A collaborative team player capable of delivering under pressure.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to communicate with mandarin-speaking counterparts)
- Strong communication skills coupled with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- One who is adaptable, creative and has entrepreneurial mindset
