o Eirdata are specialists in cleanroom validation, commissioning and compliance, HVAC systems, indoor air quality and building wellness.
o CAE are the European leader in delivering safe energy efficient laboratory control and critical airflow applications. Critical Airflow Europe Ltd represents Phoenix, Strobic and Aircuity.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engineering Qualification with a Diploma/ Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical engineering a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial acumen.
  • 2/3 years previous experience in a similar role.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Woking knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial acumen.
  • Team player, with a flexible approach but also able to work under own initiative.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Eirdata are currently seeking a Munster based Key Account Manager with technical knowledge and an engineering background.
The focus will be mainly in the Munster area. We are looking for an individual who will manage and develop our services and products with existing clients. Eirdata work across various industries including, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Education and Healthcare. The individual will also be responsible for agreeing and the renewal of client SLA’s, contracts, quality agreements etc.
The right candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and be confident in their ability to influence others. This is an exciting opportunity for any ambitious person looking to progress their career to the next stage.

DUTIES & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Devising campaign ideas and handling their management and execution.
  • Responsible for managing and completing tenders.
  • Promote Eirdata products and services.
  • Using existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities.
  • The ability to build new accounts and expand accounts of existing clients.
  • Ability to lead and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide guidance for the team of engineers.
  • Assist the team with training and compliance.
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establishing growth territories for the organisation.
  • Presenting campaign updates and statistics to key stakeholders – CRM System.
  • Liaising with existing clients to manage expectations and nurture relationships.
  • Implement promotions and marketing programs for assigned region.
  • Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage you own time and relationships with key suppliers.
  • Focus on strategic key markets for new opportunities.
  • Liaise weekly with marketing department.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, with the potential to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Ensuring that all works are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive and promote our quality and standards.
