• Oversee and manage waterproofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
• Utilize and update extensive knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials. Implement best practices from industry advancements.
• Work with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure projects meet local construction regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement and cost savings in waterproofing solutions.
• Regularly report on monthly sales figures for waterproofing products and projects.
• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring continuous development and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System, ISO, OHSAS standards, and relevant legal requirements.
