ABOUT THE POSITION

Groceries and Specialty Stores is an important customer group for us, for whom we offer a high-quality selection of products. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for Groceries and Specialty Stores to join our commercial team in Finland. In this position, you will lead and develop a profitable customer base and manage dedicated accounts to create long-term partnerships and strong customer relationships according to Oriola’s strategy and objectives.
As a member of the Commercial team Finland, you will also ensure that sales-related activities are carried out in accordance with jointly defined
strategy and goals. You will work closely with Oriola’s offerings, customer service and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop profitable customer base and manage dedicated retail accounts to create long-term partnerships and loyal customer relationships according to Oriola’s strategy and objectives.
  • Provide customer insights and take development initiatives to ensure customer centric development in Oriola.
  • Responsible for yearly Customer account Plans/Budget and follow-up of the plans.
  • Support the external sales field operations.
  • Work closely together with Wholesale team and other Oriola functions to ensure efficient end-to-end execution.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and value creation in customer interactions.
  • Strive for innovation and improvement in Customer Excellence.
