Our Team in Germany
is looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
to work with executives at some of the largest companies in the market, helping them to progress their employees’ language communication skills.

We realise this through AI-driven and highly immersive learning solutions that offer learners completely new learning experiences.
The job requires persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in a multinational, rapidly growing and innovative education company.
You start as a Key Account Manager and you can develop your career all the way to Global Account Director in Solution Selling.

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes
  • Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients
  • Upper intermediate-level English (min. B2) and German C1-C2 level
  • A Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Economics or a similar field is preferred
  • Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in target accounts
  • Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders
  • Understand the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies
  • Work effectively with cross functional partners e.g. Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations & HR (Recruiting)
  • Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the market and how our services stand out from competitors
