SUMMARY:
As a Key Account Manager you will help, support and drive increase the Dexcom market share (sensor sales) enabling the Belgium to hit national revenue in line with company expectations utilising the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture.
This exciting opportunity will be based in Belgium.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience of the Belgium Diabetes market is preferred.
- Knowledge of diabetes is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Belgian reimbursement and procurement preferred.
- Life Sciences/Business Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with local territory managers to open up opportunities locally and regionally to drive increased use of Dexcom products.
- Facilitate training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries in innovative ways.
- Manage hospital contracts and ensure sound operation of supply chain channels, including tenders, DPO’s and CMM’s.
- Maximise strategic partnership through strategic projects with industry stakeholders
- Customer relationship management (e.g. KOLs in the 6 accounts, BeMedTech, purchasers of all Belgian hospitals, mutualiteiten, patient organisations and other relevant stakeholders)
- Responsible for 6 key (academic) accounts in Flanders and Wallonia.
- Maintain a thorough administration including made contracts, reports and quotations through a daily use of CRM system, also to be used to identify and log business development opportunities.
- Responsible for connecting the right people (within Dexcom and outside Dexcom) for projects and (daily) business.
- Strategic thinking, analysing and developing the market, opportunities and threats and taking actions accordingly.
- Responsible for account planning, strategic investment plans based on a positive ROI (including education, congresses etc)
