KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – FOOD & BEVERAGE INGREDIENTS

As Key Account Manager Food & Beverage Ingredients, you will work for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day. You will operate at the forefront of innovation and participate in creating high quality products that will find their way to consumers through supermarkets and foodservice channels.

As of today, we are looking for an energizing professional, with a knowledge of the food industry to complement our sales team who will be responsible for and based in Germany Dortmund.
You will be part of the Sales Food and Beverages Ingredients team (12 people in total) and report to the Sales Director Food & Beverage Ingredients Europe, based in Belgium.

In this exciting job, you will:

  • Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
  • Help track ADP to ensure sales activity and meet success criteria
  • Manage customer relationships within the portfolio of accounts
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
  • Help transition customer projects/new wins from scale-up to production
  • Help negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and managing credit, pricing, rebates for key accounts
  • Help develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
