ABOUT YOU
- You have great Sales and Account Management experience. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience in increasing levels of sales and supervisory responsibility in the consumer products industry.
- Degree, diploma or equivalent in Sales, Business, Marketing or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability.
- Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Sound understanding of order management, logistics, retail sales coverage and executing customer sales.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budges and forecast revenues.
- Genuinely passionate about the CPG industry and are looking for continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales profitability across a grouping of categories to continue the growth of Johnvince Foods. Working directly on our National Accounts, you will be involved in strategic planning in line with the growth and success of our company, as well as promotional activities, monitoring sales targets and forecasts. You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans of exceeding predetermined quotas come to life with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive. We are searching for a candidate that possess a strong drive for success, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the food industry.
