Key Account Manager Latin America / Sales International (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for and supporting some of our distributors in the fast-growing LATAM region (Latin America) - from sales planning to the implementation of our sales activities
  • Preparation of regular market analyses and competitive intelligence as well as working out the right price positioning of our brands in the respective countries
  • Competent support of our distributors and ensuring that new product ranges are introduced promptly in the countries and that our products are presented at the PoS based on our business model and CI
  • Supporting distributors in negotiations with local/regional retail chains
  • Consolidation and optimization of the local supply chain
  • Annual planning and reporting within own area of responsibility and cooperation with other cross-functional departments at headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial studies with at least 5 years of professional experience in key account management
  • Experience in working with the Latam region. Several years of experience in the dynamic FMCG sector and in working with different cultures/mentalities
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with empathy, creativity and flexibility
  • Independent working style, quick comprehension, excellent analytical & conceptual skills and entrepreneurial thinking and used to work in an intercultural environment
  • You can inspire other people and convince them quickly with your communication skills
  • Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH + office, and travel environment as the role necessitates
  • Good IT user skills, fluent business English and Spanish are a Must
