Description:
YOUR MISSION
- Strategically manages allocated accounts, budget and resources provided, yielding maximum effectiveness and impact
- Works closely with the Sales Lead Manager and other internal stakeholders on development of business and portfolio strategies, yearly budgets and quarterly projections, trade terms, price structures, profit margins
- Develop a strong relationship with customers and understand what drives their decision making process
- Facilitate account management by coordinating selling activities and customer interactions through effective leadership and communication with other areas to ensure appropriate customers’ needs are met
- Ensure the execution of account plans including volume, promotional activity, visibility, logistics and financial information along with KPIs for measuring results
- Negotiate and close annual and seasonal commercial agreements with account
- Work closely with Finance to manage annual budgets
- Provides strong leadership skills and direction to Junior Account Manager and Field Sales Representatives
- Supports the company’s sales planning, controlling of discounts spending and sales results, reporting and budgeting requirements and processes
