Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Givaudan. As the Key Account Manager for our Dortmund location, you will help manage and grow our key accounts in the Taste & Wellbeing sector in Germany. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will drive business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Understanding of the Taste & Wellbeing sector in Germany.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts in the Taste & Wellbeing sector in Germany.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the accounts, positioning Givaudan as the preferred supplier.
- Collaborate with our teams to develop and implement strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets for key accounts.
- Drive the brief handling process, ensuring the timely and successful execution of projects.
- Negotiate pricing agreements within established guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, and other financial aspects for key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
