INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW

The Johnson & Johnson Oncology team is looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to cover our Oncology customers in North and East Finland. The Oncology business unit is a significant contributor to the overall affiliate with strong growth potential, which is also reflected in the resources the team is operating with. The Key Account Manager Oncology has the primary responsibility of enhancing the sales of Prostate and Bladder Cancer products in the district and ensuring that all account activities are aligned with the brand strategy and local customer needs.
The Key Account Manager is to improve the business value, long-term and short-term, in the owned district by coordinating and optimizing cross-functional interactions with all relevant internal and external partners. In close collaboration with both functional and cross-functional teams, you will drive regional promotional activities with specialist customers, treating patients in both hospital and open care units.
This role reports to the Business Lead Oncology, located in Finland.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor-level degree or equivalent levelled academic education in natural sciences, business administration or relevant field (required).
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in Sales within the Life Science industry (required).
  • Work experience within the therapeutic area Oncology, PC (required).
  • Home location in North (e.g., Oulu region) or East (e.g., Kuopio region) (required).
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Proficient in Finnish and English language (required).
