JOB DESCRIPTION
Main purpose is to leverage ADM’s unmatched portfolio by maintaining and continuously expanding our customer base. This role will focus on Plant based proteins & lecithin sales with KA in Central EU and distributor management.
Requirements:
- Degree in any of the sciences, food science and/or technology or business administration preferred.
- Experience in the B2B food ingredients business, an understanding of market landscape in plant based protein business.
- Application knowledge and commercial contacts to traditional and new plant proteins consuming industries, like Meat alternative, Meat extension, Bakery, Dairy alternative, Specialized Nutrition.
- Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region (50%).
- Fluent in English & German.
- Independent and structured work.
- Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work in dynamic environment.
- Team spirit, result oriented and strong communication skills.
- Strong customer, service orientation and technology skills.
- Ability to connect and work within international matrix organization
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a leader able to manage a sales team in a near future. The Key Account manager actively maintains and expands our food customer base central EU, drives customer projects and builds a solid project pipeline for sustainable business results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for protein and lecithin key accounts in Central Europe, including the support of ADM distributors.
- Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within the central european market.
- Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans.
- Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Monitoring the market and identify market potential.
- Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development.
