The Job:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of our National Sales team working 1 day a week at our Box Hill Head Office and the other 4 days where you choose. Reporting to one of our Senior Business Leader’s for Bunnings ANZ, the focus of your role will be actively planning, directing, managing and growing our portfolio for Power Tools Accessories and Automotive Hand Tools.

Your duties will include:

  • Increasing the sales revenue within the business line and account
  • Achieving agreed budgets for sales, margin and expenses
  • Reviewing vendor partners to ensure that you are effectively meeting the needs of the business
  • Ensuring programs are executed utilising your display and category management skills
  • Collaborating across the business to increase market share across your portfolio while supporting your colleagues to do the same
  • Working to complete weekly and monthly reports on progress against budget

The Person:

You also have:

  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management or similar.
  • Experience working for Bunnings or servicing Bunnings as a customer would be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • Skills in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Be comfortable presenting to large groups of stakeholders, at all levels, internally and externally.
